By joining you will have the chance to work on a real case study straight from Unilever Nyírbátor Homecare Factory and learn from the best in the industry. You can present your solution in Unilever’s Factory of Nyírbátor at the GRAND FINAL!

Work on the solution between 1-27th April with a mandatory visit to Nyírbátor Homecare Factory on 7th April
You will have enough time to work on the case study. During this time our professionals will be available for consultations and a visit to Nyírbátor Homecare Factory on 7th April. Warning: The factory visit is mandatory to participate in the competition!
Submit your solution until 27st April 23:59
You will receive full deck with case study in depth description, photographs, videos etc. to give you enough insight and information to solve the case. Pre-judging will take place between April 28-29, the shortlist of finalists will be announced on April 29th at 16:00.
Present your solution on finale event on May 6th
If your team made it into the finals, prepare a 10-minute presentation of your solution in ppt, that you will show to the jury. Jury consists of our Unilever top professionals and leaders and university professors. Finale will be held in Unilever Homecare Factory on 6th May.

Applicants from any university may apply.
All the materials and final presentation on the event will be held in English. All members of your team should be able to present your solution in English.
Yes, all undergraduates at the point of registration are eligible to join as long as you are able to join finale event in person.
At Unilever EL, you will be provided with technical case study and will be asked to prepare 10 minute presentation that you will present to jury. Participants from all academic disciplines are welcome to join.
You will have time to work on the case study between 1-27 April. To help you understand the problem brief, 1 or 2 of your team need to visit our factory on 7th April and consult with responsible professionals from related field.
The qualities we are looking out for are outlined in the case study brief, that you will receive on time.
All Unilever EL teams will meet Unilever leaders and professionals in this high impact learning experience. The champions will also be fast-tracked to UFLP (Unilever trainee programme) or given direct offer into internship programme (for students) or full job (for graduates). On top of this, they will receive attractive prizes!

Unilever will cover the costs for travel the Unilever EL finals and factory visit. Detailed information will be given to the finalists prior to the event.
Unilever EL is a good platform for networking and we would like to stay in touch with talent who are interested in a career at Unilever. Taking part in Unilever EL is a good way to gain insights about the company and take a chance in opportunity to become one of us by joining our team as intern or full time employee.
Participants need to attend final event in person. Finals: 6th May, at Unilever Homecare Factory in Nyírbátor. Participants unable to attend will not be eligible.
April 27 is the last chance to make final edits and upload your presentation to the Google Drive folder created for your team. Each team will get invitation to the team’s folder.
